Maybe the best plan would be a Skype update at some time. It might be good to check alignment on future visions.
Main points on our side:
@Nikki_Fishman and @dilgreen working on website. Need to move previous Drupal one to wordpress for various admin reasons - new one should be up and running in April I think.
Nikki's main focus is on supporting John and other changemakers, and looking at some sources of funding. She's not sure how much time she will be able to commit this year because she needs to find paid work. She is working fully as a volunteer at present. She has done a mix of paid and voluntary in the past for dadamac. She was able to come back for some more paid time in 2015 (thanks to some directed donations, now exhausted). I hoped that might act as a bridge while Dadamac Foundation became sustainable in 2015, but we didn't manage to do that, so needing to adjust.
We are hoping to expand our work and intend to do that according to Teal principles and Holacracy. We are currently negotiating some coaching and facilitation ref Holacracy.
I'm active in various groups mainly related to systemic change, education or IT4D. I'm acting as a dadamac ambassador there as appropriate. I'm active for example in the Teal for Startups working group. For more information about Teal see the Initiatives page on Dadamac Connect - http://dadamacconnect.london/initiatives/
