All topics in this category have some connection with Dadamac, either through Dadamac Foundation (see our new (2015) website www.dadamac.org or through the wider "Dadamac network".
There are many people in the continually-growing, informal "Dadamac network" who are doing interesting things but they don't connect much with each other. This space in the Kabissa forum is a place where people can connect more easily. This is both for people already connected with Dadamac and for new people as well.
Often "Dadamac people" tell me what they are learning-and-doing (or what they want to learn or do) but they don't tell each other. Some of these stories have been shared in the past through Dadamac.net blogs or the First Thursday group, but we need better ways to share our information.
I know we need better ways because I'm at the centre of the Dadamac online network, and also at the centre of our connections in London (I'm the "mac" of Dadamac). When I had fewer connections I could pass on information that needed sharing, but now there are so many connections that I quickly become an information bottleneck instead of an information channel.
If we all learn to use the Kabissa Forum effectively then we will have a wonderful online space to rub minds, to learn from each other and to help each other through what we are doing and learning.
I hope the Kabissa Forum will become the home for much online collaborative work, especially the unfolding stories of grass-roots projects, discussions, information-sharing and special interest groups. I hope other people will share that dream with me, and help it to become real.
Welcome to Dadamac in the Kabissa Forum.
